The connection between mind, body, and spirit is a great equalizer. Balance becomes delicate, and easily tipped in one direction or another. but is there a stability achievable that would not be disrupted by the journey of life.
Is  unease itself the obstacle necessary for balance and not the illusion of balance that creates the disruption. The question is hypothetical and the answer could, in itself, be another question. What is balance?  Is balance even tangible?
Are all feelings in themselves the disruptions? Some great contentment. Maybe that would be an answer, an achievable balance in feeling. So the balance question can enter a new level, and the greater balance of mind, body, and spirit, must be broken down into lesser components, for an over sense of balance is possible, while still a fraction of the individual components.
Suppose your mind is at ease, but the ability for your mind to instantly shift into disarray, and thus disrupt your overall  mind balance stability, implies a false original balance, that once achieved again after the mental sorting, is now different. But is the difference necessary to the human experience, is the dealing of each individual piece, a balance in itself, and by enlarging the whole of the human experience to three individual parts, a cheating of and thus an instability in itself of the greater existence.
The understanding of the mind, cannot begin with human thought that was self generated based on experience and social programming. So what is the beginning that exists without programming and without experience.
Reason leaves us when the accumulation of our experience no longer equals the accumulation of our social programming. So an absence of experience leave us the ideals and ideas society has instilled in the individual, but if you can distance yourself of the social, and allow experience to flow through you without creating your reason, your mind can become a singularity of direction. A projection that makes way in the present moment without contemplation of the past, and without feeling for the future.
